That's the title of this article in Monday's edition of the Digital Chosun Ilbo. The thing is... the article has mistakenly called the prime time dramas in the US "soaps." I would fire the English translator for this slip-up. The substance of the article is good in its contrasting Korean dramas and US prime time dramas.

Note to writer: search and replace "soaps" and "soap operas" with "night time dramas" and your article will make sense to migukin.
